Kelsey Frobisher Schremmer is a litigator with state, federal, and administrative court experience. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Kelsey has practiced in Kansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, where she has successfully tried multiple jury cases and handled complex briefing at district and appellate levels. Kelsey has practiced in diverse areas, including real estate disputes, civil rights, personal injury, bankruptcy, and contract litigation.
Before joining Overman Legal Group, Kelsey practiced for several years with a respected regional firm. In addition, she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Toby Crouse of the United States District Court for the District of Kansas and as a civil litigator for the New Mexico Attorney General. She graduated with highest honors from OU Law, where she received the 2015 Professional Responsibility Award; gained induction into the Orders of the Coif, Barristers, and Scribes; and earned eight American Jurisprudence Awards. Prior to law school, Kelsey graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma Christian University.
