Benjamin L. Munda is a lifelong Edmond resident who graduated from Edmond Santa Fe High School in 2004. While a student, he was an active member of the Lincoln-Douglas debate team. Ben went on to the University of Oklahoma where he majored in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Mathematics. During his college career he won 1st place in the Chemical Engineering Senior Design Competition for his pharmacokinetic model of pharmaceutical intake and distribution. After graduation in 2009, he worked as a chemist at Isotek Laboratories before returning to the University of Oklahoma Law School, where he graduated in 2013 in the top 10% of his class with the Order of the Coif. Ben began his professional legal career at McAfee and Taft Law Firm where he worked for two years as an Intellectual Property attorney primarily focused on patent work. He then moved on to become a Public Defender in Oklahoma County, which he did for five years from June 2015 to August 2020. During this time, he received the Barry Albert Award for outstanding trial work in Oklahoma County. Since joining Overman Legal Group specializing in criminal defense, Ben has continued his hard work as an advocate on behalf of his clients.

Tyler C. Box is a founding partner and member of Overman Legal Group specializing in criminal defense. He is a lifelong resident of Oklahoma City where he graduated from Bishop McGuinness High School in 2003. He went on to obtain his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma. He graduated from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2013.

After law school, Tyler worked as an Assistant District Attorney in the Cleveland County District Attorney’s Office prosecuting domestic violence crimes and assisting with the Cleveland County Drug Court Program. In 2015, he became a partner at Box & Box Attorneys where he focused primarily in criminal defense and family law matters as a trial lawyer. Prior to law school, Tyler worked in corporate communications for the Oklahoma City Thunder Organization.
