Kelsey Frobisher Schremmer is an experienced litigator with a background in state, federal, and administrative courts. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Kelsey has practiced in Kansas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, where she has tried multiple jury cases and handled complex district and appellate court briefings.
Kelsey’s practice spans diverse areas, including real estate, contract disputes, civil rights, bankruptcy, and personal injury. Before joining Overman Legal Group, she worked with a respected regional firm and served as a judicial clerk for Honorable Toby Crouse in Kansas, as well as a civil litigator for the New Mexico Attorney General. Recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2018 and Best Lawyers “One to Watch” in 2020, Kelsey has also earned numerous academic honors from OU Law, including the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers.
